What we collect

A random key that opens your cabinet, stored in a cookie on your device; your orders (product, amount, payment method, time).

Only if you use them: your Telegram user ID and name (when you link Telegram or pay with Stars); the email address you give Paddle at card checkout; the TRON address and transaction hash of a USDT payment.

Technical logs (IP address, browser) kept by our hosting for security, for up to 30 days.

Why

To deliver your purchases and let you back into your cabinet (performance of the contract), to handle refunds and support, to prevent fraud and to meet legal and tax obligations.

Who else processes it

Paddle.com (card payments, as Merchant of Record — see Paddle’s privacy policy), Telegram (Stars payments and our bot), our hosting provider (Hetzner, Germany) and file storage provider. We do not sell personal data and use no advertising or analytics trackers.

Cookies

One cookie with your cabinet key and one with your language choice. Both are strictly necessary for the Store to work.

How long

Order records are kept for as long as you can access your purchases and as required by tax law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; this also ends access to your cabinet.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
