What we sell

Digital products: e-books, video, audio, images and other downloadable files. Each product page describes what it contains. Nothing physical is shipped.

Ordering and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. You can pay by card, with USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20), or with Telegram Stars.

Card payments: our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all card orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders. Taxes for card orders are calculated and collected by Paddle.

USDT: send the exact amount shown on the order page to the address shown there. The order is confirmed once the transfer is visible on the TRON network, usually within minutes. A transfer of a different amount or to another address may not be matched automatically; contact us with the transaction hash.

Telegram Stars: payment happens inside Telegram under Telegram’s terms.

Delivery and your cabinet

There is no account registration. After payment you receive a personal link to your cabinet, where your purchases can be viewed, listened to, read and downloaded. Anyone who has this link can open your cabinet, so keep it private. You can link Telegram so our bot can send you the link again.

Gifts: when you buy a product as a gift you receive a one-time link. The first person to open it and claim it receives the product in their cabinet.

Licence

On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share or make the files available to others, or remove copyright notices. All rights not expressly granted remain with us or our licensors.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at store.guidoo.io/refunds.

Availability

We aim to keep your purchases available in your cabinet for as long as the Store operates. We recommend downloading files you want to keep. We may update a product to fix errors or improve it.

Liability

Products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes will be heard by the competent courts of Chișinău, unless mandatory law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings there.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to it.
