Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. This policy explains how refunds work for purchases at store.guidoo.io.

14-day refund

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. Write to [email protected] with your order number or the email / Telegram account used for the purchase.

Card payments

Card orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles the refund to your original payment method. You can also request a refund directly from Paddle via the link in your receipt email. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Telegram Stars

Refunds are returned to your Telegram Stars balance.

USDT

Refunds are sent in USDT (TRC-20) to the address the payment came from, or to another address you give us, less the network fee.

After a refund

Access to the refunded product is removed from your cabinet.

Faulty products

If a file is damaged or does not match its description, we will replace it or refund you, even after 14 days.
